GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR TEAM 1 SEACOAST MORTGAGE TRIP INCENTIVES

Borrower must close a first mortgage loan with Team 1 for $150,000 or more.

 

Borrower must agree to pay all charges related to a particular trip…including upgrades. All trips are based on double occupancy. Those taking the trip must be 21 years or older.

 

PASSPORT TO CRUISE: 7-Night Cruise on Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Celebrity or Carnival lines.

  • Borrower pays $4.95 Registration Fee and is sent a list of Cruise Lines and Departure points.
  • There is a minimum of 90 days advance notice to process the reservation.
  • Port charges, government taxes and fees range between $179 - $259…per person plus a $99 Non-refundable processing Fee. Borrower sends in $99 and is given an 800 # to book trip. From this point on, borrower has one year to complete the trip.
  • All airline or ground transportation and miscellaneous expenses are not included.
  • Offer is subject to availability and is capacity controlled.
  • Only one travel offer per household may be used per year.

 

 

FLY AWAY VACATION: Round trip coach airline tickets on major airline, departing from major airport to numerous major cities in the USA, Cancun, or Puerto Vallarta with two night hotel accommodations.

  • Borrower pays $4.95 Registration fee and is sent a package with trip options.
  • Due to the increase of fuel costs, a fuel charge will be added to each person's flight ticket.
  • Once trip is reserved, borrower will pay a $50 per person, refundable service fee which will be levied for all changes, cancellations or no shows. (Continued in next column.)

FIVE STAR RESORT GETAWAY: 7-nights of Condominium Accommodations in 65 Resorts and 16 Exotic location destinations in North America, Bahamas, Caribbean, Dominican Republic, Mexico or Hawaii.

Two bedrooms, two baths, living/dining room for four people at most locations.

  • Borrower pays $100 Non-Refundable Processing Fee which must be received within 60 days of the postmarked date on the envelope.
  • At least one guest must be 21.
  • After registering PTS will send a confirmation letter with toll-free number to call to book reservation.
  • Guest must call at least 30 days in advance of intended trip.
  • Avoid popular holidays and a full 7 days before or after a major holiday…like New Years, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas.
  • Guest pays $199 resort and usage fee and other fees may apply based on location.

 

MEXICAN ALL INCLUSIVE

  • 60 days in advance of the trip, send in your registration form and a deposit of $100. Select from a choice of 6 locations. Select 3 dates at least 1 month apart, prioritizing the best date first. Upon arrival at your destination, your $100 will be fully refunded.
  • Due to the increase of fuel costs, a fuel charge will be added to each person's flight ticket.
