Lilliane Goes the Extra Mile

Seacoast has the client sign a Zero Tolerance form to alert the client as to the seriousness and need to be factual in all declarations on the application.

 

Seacoast Mortgage uses only reputable appraisers on its FHA approved list to conduct FHA appraisals for our clients.  At Seacoast we do not allow any people who have ever produced fraudulent reports to work with us.

 

Lilliane gives her clients, who opt to use the bank’s attorney for the closing, a list of proven real estate attorneys, whose primary focus is real estate law, thereby assuring a smooth closing process.

 

Twenty four hours prior to closing Lilliane E-mails her client the HUD 1 and Good Faith Estimate and reviews them over the phone, line upon line.  She informs them of the documents needed to bring to the closing table, and the amount of the Cashier’s check required.  This review helps to clarify and speed up the closing attorney’s final review at the closing table.  This added step helps make for “smooth sailing!”

 

Lilliane attends the majority of her closings (in particular, the purchase closings) in order to increase her client's comfort level, and to quickly put to rest any questions or concerns that may arise.
